1. This competition is open to Kenyan citizens, except employees of KCB Group their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the KCB.
2. You do not need to purchase anything to enter competition.
3. All winners will be chosen randomly after each competition.
4. All winners must be holders of KCB bank accounts.
5. If you win a competition, we will notify you through your registered telephone number. The decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as KCB Group may require.
7. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
8. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
9. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value.
10. KCB Group reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. KCB may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page
11. All Prizes must be claimed within a period of 3 months.
12. The winner may be required to participate in publicity. Note that by entering into this competition you agree to have your name released as the winner, should you be drawn as a winner of the prize.
